As a college student, a laptop is a necessity for maintaining your workload and keeping up in all of your classes and various organizations. This means that when your laptop experiences the deadly “Blue Screen of Death” it feels as if your college career comes crashing down, especially when in the midst of midterm exams and projects. Luckily through a simple google search, DotSight Solutions popped up and I was able to contact with them swiftly.
Imran Moorad, the owner of DotSight Solutions, is an impeccable person to know and to get connected with. Throughout the process of getting my laptop fixed, he kept in contact with me and explained step-by-step of what was needed to do in order to getting my laptop working back to normal. Additionally, Moorad made decisions that would best serve me as a customer in aspects of time and cost efficiency.
Since taking my laptop over to DotSight Solutions, I have found my laptop to be working better than when I first bought it and found a computer business that I can trust. Between the wonderful customer service and the amazing detailed-work by Moorad, DotSight Solutions have found a new long term customer in me.

I had an accident with some juice managing to fall into the top of my desktop PC that I had custom built. I got in contact with Imran the founder and he said they could take a look at it. When I took it in they said it would be about 4-5 business days and that they would let me know what would need to be done for it. The business day after I took it in I got a message that they had not seen any damage to parts and that they would clean up the spill THAT NIGHT and it would be available for pickup in the morning. They had someone work on my pc over night and got it back to me on the SECOND business day. And what else? When I got it back they had done even more than I had paid for, they cleaned up not just the liquid spill, but also every other part and had sprayed out my cpu cooler even. When I went to pick it up Imran also spent 15-20 minutes talking to me and giving me some suggestions to make my pc even more powerful, such as upgrading my SSD since it is holding back all of my more powerful parts. My rating? 18/5 and I know I will be going back to them in the future when anything goes wrong.
