    Imran was great to work with through what should have been a very straight-forward install. Issues with communications between the new Eero Pro mesh network and our existing Amazon Firesticks caused the process to be much more complicated, but Imran went above and beyond to find a solution. He was very communicative as we worked through the issue and I learned a lot in the process. I would definitely use DotSight again.

    I took my computer to a chain repair store several times and it always came back with more issues than I sent it in with. I finally reached out to DotSight Solutions and Imran responded right away. I was starting a new WFH job and needed a working computer right away. With all of the crazy issues my computer had, there was no way to fix it quickly. Imran was very honest with me and set realistic expectations. He walked me through everything he was doing and helped me understand my computer better. Instead of rushing the job, he gave me a loaner computer so I could start work right away and he could take his time and do the job right. He ended up finishing quicker than expected and I had my computer back a week later. He will also travel to you for pick up and drop off so distance is not an issue! I recommend DotSight Solutions to everyone.

    Imran was very transparent and honest with the repair and gave me the best option for my computer. When I gave him my iMac, I was on the verge of throwing it away bc Best Buy said it was a motherboard issue. Imran corrected their analysis and fix my computer.     I contacted DotSight solutions to see what can be done about a slow performing computer. I was given great information on how we could repair/upgrade my system. Upon declining due to it really not going to resolve the issue as a whole, I was offered A rebuilt computer and got it the same day! I’ve only used it briefly so far but I can tell you from what I e seen so far, it is much faster than my previous computer. GREAT service!

As a college student, a laptop is a necessity for maintaining your workload and keeping up in all of your classes and various organizations. This means that when your laptop experiences the deadly “Blue Screen of Death” it feels as if your college career comes crashing down, especially when in the midst of midterm exams and projects. Luckily through a simple google search, DotSight Solutions popped up and I was able to contact with them swiftly.
Imran Moorad, the owner of DotSight Solutions, is an impeccable person to know and to get connected with. Throughout the process of getting my laptop fixed, he kept in contact with me and explained step-by-step of what was needed to do in order to getting my laptop working back to normal. Additionally, Moorad made decisions that would best serve me as a customer in aspects of time and cost efficiency.

I had an accident with some juice managing to fall into the top of my desktop PC that I had custom built. I got in contact with Imran the founder and he said they could take a look at it. When I took it in they said it would be about 4-5 business days and that they would let me know what would need to be done for it. The business day after I took it in I got a message that they had not seen any damage to parts and that they would clean up the spill THAT NIGHT and it would be available for pickup in the morning. They had someone work on my pc over night and got it back to me on the SECOND business day. And what else? When I got it back they had done even more than I had paid for, they cleaned up not just the liquid spill, but also every other part and had sprayed out my cpu cooler even. When I went to pick it up Imran also spent 15-20 minutes talking to me and giving me some suggestions to make my pc even more powerful, such as upgrading my SSD since it is holding back all of my more powerful parts. My rating? 18/5 and I know I will be going back to them in the future when anything goes wrong.
